Any variation/cancellation of the transfer or of passengers number
with respect to the reservation, should involve a change in the price
previously established and should be communicated in time (at least 4
hours before for transfers inside the town and 24 hours before for
those outside) in order to satisfy your request without compromising
the booking of other clients otherwise sanctions will be imposed.

For
reservations of services for more than 200 Euros, 50% should be paid
down with bank transfer (the day before) and the receipt sent by fax.
A reservation will be valid only if registered on the proper form and
sent at least 12 hours before the service.
Chauffeurs will wait in airports for a period of one hour. We kindly
ask you to inform us for any possible delay otherwise after one hour
and without any news, our staff will leave the airport getting free
Limousine Roma of any responsibility.
